JAX Dental Studio

I can’t say enough about Jax Dental Studio. Every single person and every interaction has been nothing but friendly and amazing. Laurie the office manager is always so welcoming. Haley was so caring and patient and genuinely cares about her patients and their dental health. The entire staff checks in with other staff and asks if anyone needs anything or if they can help. As a supervisor I for a medical office, this place is the epitome of how you want your team to be and how you want your patients to be treated.

This is a GREAT dental practice!! I have been a patient here for over 25 years and they have a fantastic staff-friendly and professional. Their dental hygienist Haley is incredible-caring and thorough. Highly recommend this practice.

JAX Dental Studio is a new dental practice for me. I have nothing but praise for this dental group. Appointments are on time, the staff is remarkable. I am use to dental groups that are always running late, not JAX Dental Studio. I am new to their practice and their punctuality is ON TIME on my first three visits. I am very pleased to have discovered this top notch dental group.

I came in as a new patient today for a comprehensive oral evaluation and cleaning. Haley was my dental hygienist and she was AMAZING. She was like a surgeon, extremely gentle and so comprehensive in cleaning my gums and teeth. Taught me a whole bunch of new tricks and things I didn’t know about flossing. I couldn’t get over her attention to detail and focus, top tier. I’ve been to many dentist offices and have received many many cleanings in my life, this was by far the greatest experience I’ve ever had I am so happy I stumbled upon this practice. Everyone is friendly too

Dr. Poblenz and his attentive, outstanding staff provide exceptional service & expertise. Haley is truly the most conscientious, gentle, thorough hygienist I've ever experienced and I no longer dread dental visits.

My first experience with Jax Dental Studio was very pleasant including staff and Dr. I had a bit of anxiety going to a new dentist in hopes of diagnosing possible TMJ and finding a resolution to my symptoms. They were very professional and patient with me. The dentist even came out in the waiting room and introduced himself to me and my husband. Who does that :)? He listened to my concerns, gave me time to answer, was very thorough in my exam. If you have any dental concerns or just routine exam I highly recommend Jax Dental Studio.

Dr. Poblenz and his entire team are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I just had my first visit to Jax Dental Studio, after being with a different practice for over 20 years. I was a little anxious about the move, but there was absolutely no need for that. My dental hygienist, Halay was amazing. My cleaning was carried out with zero pain and she gave me suggestions on a different toothpaste and mouthwash, which would address a particular issue. Haley was even ready with a beautiful photo/birthday card, handwritten message, and an inspirational message/pin for my birthday, which was occurring the next day. Halay, Dr. Poblenz and Laurie, the office manager were top-notch, thorough, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I am a new patient here and I was nervous about leaving my old dentist and I will say Jax Dental Studio blew me away!! It was the MOST pleasant dentist visit I think I have EVER had! Every single person I met was incredible, ever interaction I witnessed between staff and other patients was kind and respectful. The hygienist was gentle and walks you through everything she is doing, I believe the hygienist name I had was Katrina. All around truthfully amazing experience :)
